Wearable Art

Hello! Welcome to my artist online space!  My name is Koral and I am an artist on my journey of creation. Sewknotprrfect is the product of an upcycling obsession, a sewing machine, and a desire to be different and wear things that not everyone else is wearing. Weird on purpose.  Being raised in both a religion that suppressed expression, and a Waldorf education that gave me tools to invent myself, I strive to nurture my strong, independent, and courageous soul.  I have been creating one-of-a-kind items that allowed me to express myself and gave me a huge sense of pride and deeper self-connection since I learned how to sew at a young age.

Today, my intention with SewKnotPrrfect is to lift myself and others up and encourage us to freely express ourselves. SewKnotPrrfect is about self-love, honoring femininity, masculinity, and whatever floats my bisexual gay self! I hope to give others the courage to be themselves, unapologetically. There is strength and beauty in living wild and free, in “being too much.” SewKnotPrrfect aims to be a supportive and encouraging space for everyone to freely express themselves and all of their rebellious beauty.

I am currently working on creating my own fabric designs and sewing my own products. Tune in often to see what I am working on, thinking about, and launching next!! Thank you so much for spending a little moment in my internet art studio home, you are so welcome here.
